Inauguration of Archidpanel Factory

On the auspicious day of Guruwar Pukhya Naxatra , Archidply Industries Ltd. added another new manufacturing facility to their panel of excellence. Archidpanel Industries Pvt. Ltd was Inaugurated at Sitarganj Uttarakhand on January 25^th 2024.

Setting up the MDF factory was a collective strategic decision spearheaded by the Company Chairman, Mr Deendayal Daga, the Board of Directors and the factory, costing and sales team.

The Bhumi Pujan took place in June, 2022 and on site work started from October 2022 after the designing work was completed with the guidance of the Technical consultant and Architect.

The facility is spread over 25 acres of land on which the civil team has built covered area of 1.5 lac sqft.

After 450 days of onsite work through peak summer, rains and now winter season the project has reached its final culmination.

Total of 75 containers of machinery of approximately 1000 tonnes was imported in a seamless manner and approximately 800 tonnes of in house steel fabrication was engineered by the mechanical team to bring about the structure that we see today.

170 motors are running simultaneously drawing upto 4MW of power.

It has been an enriching experience for the Mr Rajiv Daga, Managing Director of Archidply Industries Ltd. to be part of this greenfield project alongside the President & GM Technical who have left no stone unturned for the completion of the project. Responsibility for land acquisition, Forest licence approval, Power connection, Civil construction were undertaken up by President while GM Technical took charge of all the onsite mechanical and electrical implementation and on site monitoring.

At the head office at Delhi the CFO contributed significantly towards arranging the finance from the banks and SAP implementation for this new factory. The company secretary contributed in the new company incorporation and  VP marketing provided the necessary kickstart for soft marketing of the product.

Archidpanel, a subsidiary of Archidply Industries has entered into MDF and HDF manufacturing. Eucalyptus Timber is in close proximity to the plant, making it cost effective. At full capacity, the project is expected to increase the company’s turnover by 200 crores. Archidpanel will further enhance its wood panel offerings to consumers through its existing sales and marketing network. Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an Engineered wood, manufactured with hardwood fibres, bonded together under high pressures and temperature upto 240 degrees Celsius, by synthetic resin and wax.

Multi Opening Press
